The first day for refund calculation begins when you place your order and it stands as Day 1.

*Conditional Refund Policy for Code Signing & Mark Certificates
By purchasing a code signing certificate delivered on a hardware USB token, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund and return conditions. USB token is non-refundable under the following circumstances:
- Once Shipping Has Started: Once the certificate is issued and shipping has begun, the transaction is considered final, and no refunds will be processed. This includes orders that are in transit or marked as shipped.
- Refused Shipments: Customers who reject deliveries will not obtain any refund since shipment refusal remains outside the return policy.
- Successfully Delivered Orders: Once the package has been delivered to the specified shipping address, no refunds will be granted – whether the USB module has been opened or not.
Important Note: We recommend reviewing your order carefully before checking out to confirm it meets your requirements. If you have any questions about the software or the USB token, we encourage you to contact our support team before shipping. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Mark certificates are non-refundable once issued. Refund requests will only be processed under the following circumstances:
- Before Issuance: A full refund may be granted if the request is made before the Mark certificate has been issued.
- Issuance Failure: If the Mark certificate cannot be issued due to validation failure or technical issues on the Certificate Authority’s side, a refund may be processed.

Cancellation Process
Once you have finalized to cancel a particular order, all you need to do is to send a cancellation request in an e-mail to billing@ssl2buy.com. Here, you need to attach a copy of the order or invoice which is received at the time of the order confirmation/purchase.
If you have any query or if you are facing any problem, you can contact us anytime as we alive around the clock.
As soon as the cancellation is conducted you will receive your money back.
Note: Once you have cancelled an order of the SSL certificate, you are no more liable to use it and you are requested to uninstall it as soon as possible.
